I stayed 3 nights at the Gotel hotel. Great location to the subway and shopping. Starbucks right next door. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked . My room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The staff are lovely and happy to help you collect your parcel, and then you can enjoy yourself! The location is great because there’s a mall right across the street with restaurants and cafes, plus a 7-Eleven. Plus, you can easily get to the MRT station. The rooms are clean, though we wish there was a bit more lighting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay after so many days.

Hotel location is strategic. Across shopping mall that has direct access to subway. They provide early check in for me because we had overnight flight and we realky appreciate it. Hotel is quite old, but has everything in the room. Spacious room, with sofa and extra bed (a big one) included. One small complain is only wi fi connectivity. It was hard to connect, when connected there is still no internet. And I need to ask hotel staff to connect, and it only worked on the first night, others night only one device work, next day no device worked, and one device cannot connected to internet completely (even when hotel staff helped and got connected to wi fi). But maybe it is just my bad luck. Other than that, hotel staffs were really helpful even with limited English. Overall it is a really pleasant stay

Thank you Gotel for free early check-in. My suggestion is please open 24hrs for laundry room coz we are tourist usually leave hotel early and back quite late.
