24.09.15 All staff members were very friendly. The room met our needs for our two night stay and was overall clean. The carpet could use a shampoo but other than that I was happy with all other aspects of the cleanliness. A/C worked great. The breakfast was very minimal but we were able to get a few quick grab n go snacks.
22.08.22 The staff was super sweet and always seemed to be working in some fashion. The location was great for everything we did. However, the ambiance left something to be desired. The cops were out at least once and an ambulance twice. There were doors slamming all through the night. Next time we visit Carbondale, we will spring for a slightly nicer hotel. I hate it for the owners and workers.
22.02.25 The receptionists (especially younger people who worked early morning) were kind enough to allow me to use their cell phone. On the whole, it was okay. It was noisy on the first floor during the weekend, but it was much quieter on the second floor. Good for the price. Excellent location across University mall. Comparatively clean.
