Great stay

I checked in around 8 pm and was told they had no hot water but it would be fixed by morning. The evening person at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The next morning there was no hot water -- I asked for $20 back due to this basic inconvenience; they told me no and I persisted nicely - finally the day manager grudgingly handed me a $20, and told me to not come back -- no problem! She was super rude given the circumstances.

A nice place to stay during business travel. Standard amenities and will meet your basic needs. Has a laundry room, continental breakfast, vending machines, cable tv, fridge and is close to a shopping center with many food options. It’s not a high end, fancy stay but does have a comfortable bed and desk for when you need to work.

Friendly staff! Very clean and responsive . In addition, they put out cheese crackers in the evening, nice touch!
