26.04.09The hotel itself is old probably goes back to the fifties it has changed names several times the staff is pretty friendly there's a fun desk lady I believe her name is Lisa very knowledgeable very friendly the rooms are good they recently have been updated a good location very close to stores 20 minutes from the airport
25.10.11 Was expecting a bit more from a Howard Johnson. This was obviously a motel with drive up rooms, they have added a facade to make it look different but U go in the door and you are in the foyer of the motel with the rooms like motel style and metal stairs, just really weird. Hotel was comfy enough but hairdryer didnt work and shower/bath was leaking from under bath. Definitely not from shower
25.09.09 For my stay at Howard Johnson, Malden from 31 Aug to 2 Sept 2025. At the property, the coffee machine, vending machine not working. There is no breakfast at the hotel. I asked for a hot kettle for the room, the receiptionist said they dont have it. The locker is locked, the receptionist said they dont have keys. The service is really pathetic.
25.08.16 Front desk took nearly 20 minutes to check me in, showerhead sprayed water everywhere, mattress was a bit too hard, and there was no desk in my room.
