helpful staff, big room, breakfast. I would give a higher facilities grade if not for the elevator - one for the entire building, and it's EXTREMELY slow. Even the door takes several seconds to open. Makes guests wonder about safety, what other systems may be lacking maintenance.

The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming when we arrived to check in. She was more interested in being on her phone then acknowledging us as customers. We get to the elevator and the door is very slow to open and close. The button on the 2nd floor was completely missing. The room was a nice size but it had a smell to it as soon as you opened the door. The carpet was frayed at the bathroom door. Housekeeping does not come to your room daily. I underatand they dont have to clean it from top to bottom but they could atleast make the bed daily. The breakfast selection was good and the gentleman that kept after it was great. This hotel is close to many attractions and is in a great location my problem was with the staff upon arriving and the fact that your bed doesnt get made daily.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip and was pleasantly surprised. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely lovely and welcoming. The place smelled amazing — something I never thought I’d notice enough to mention, but after staying at another hotel recently with an unpleasant odour, I realised how much it impacts the experience. This was a breath of fresh air — literally!

Maybe if you're lucky, you won't get a room next to the FREEWAY, we're in our late sixties and it seems we're always given a room on the top floor and always at the far end of the elevator location, not fun when you suffer from bad knees

I only stay in hotels rated 8 +, this does not fit in that category. From the dirty elevator to the dirty bathroom plus the big spot of something in the carpet by the bed. I won't be staying here again.
