25.11.05A shout out to Ms Nancy Jones, the Operations Manager who went out of her way to ensure that I was assigned a quiet room when I made known to her that I was a light sleeper. Her service was excellent and made us feel valued. The hotel is beautiful and facilities excellent , ambience is warm, relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Magaritaville Resort for a beautiful experience in Gatlinberg. Thank you Ms Nancy Jones for making our stay in Gatlinburg a memorable and beautiful one!

25.05.03 Our stay at Margaritaville Gatlinburg was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which really set the tone for a relaxing and fun getaway.
The room was spacious, clean, and offered an incredible view—waking up to the mountains each morning was such a treat. We also loved the beachy, laid-back ambiance throughout the entire resort. It truly felt like we were in paradise, even though we were in the middle of the Smoky Mountains!
The food was great—we especially appreciated the variety and quality. Everything we tried was delicious. The fire pits on the patio were a favorite spot of ours in the evenings, perfect for winding down and enjoying the atmosphere.
Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. The resort is centrally located, making it super easy to walk to the main strip and explore all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer.
We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Margaritaville Gatlinburg for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable mountain escape!
