New employee bad customer skills

My 3 kids and I stayed overnight here and it was a pretty good place. Some of the hotel needs some updating but the beds were comfy and clean and we had everything we needed in the as far as a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants and was a short drive from Legoland which was very convenient.

Great stay

The woman at the front desk had fabulous customer skills. Not everyone one can do this job. She was extremely helpful. She made me feel very welcome and I'm moving to Winter Haven on the 1st. She said we can stay there with my pets and all if something went wrong at closing. That's awesome. She explained everything to us.
