The front desk was very helpful and was very accommodating to our request when we had any requests.

I get it is a old building but I felt is was dirty you could feel the dirt on your feet, everything in the room was poorly cleaned. I booked two room and one the Ac was leaking I reported it, was not fixed and no one reach out to us or even offer another room and I had my grandchildren with me . I am very trouble, the web and what you actually get is on two different spectrums.

Quarter of a roll of toilet tissue when I checked in. Walls not thick enough . Could hear tenants adjacent to room occasionally . Other than that, ok.

The name needs to be updated on agoda website to Econo Lodge/Quality Inn I was under the impression that I was staying in a different hotel and if I would’ve known it was the Econo lodge I wouldn’t have booked the room because of the experience we had the first time we stayed. We did have a better experience this time. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a lot of information and we were able to get extra towels. But I did find 4 cockroaches in the bathroom in the room! The shower and sink had hair stuck along the sides and there was a huge cob webb above our bed so the house keeping staff is not doing a great job keeping the rooms thoroughly clean!

I have stayed here several times and I always recommend the Econolodge to my friends and family who come to visit
