26.04.12The location is nice since you can walk to restaurants and stores downtown. There is a few trailer parking spots but difficult with a 2 car trailer. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

26.02.27Older motel but well maintained, clean rooms and good to support a local motel rather than a chain. Friendly reception staff. Shame no bfast included, recommend to eat at Moab Diner yum and great for families, close to Arches/Canyonlands. Rooms not very sound proof. Water provided at reception to fill water bottles didn’t taste filtered. Advertised as queen beds but was more like a double.

26.02.27I have stayed many nights in the past at this property and this trip just one night in a room with one queen bed. The room/bathroom were very clean, bed comfortable, wall thermostat for heat/a/c worked well as did the mini frig. and microwave. The large flat screen SAT TV was the best clarity and channel options I have seen anywhere in Moab. There is a single stack washer/dryer FREE for guest use (just supply laundry soap) in a small ice room space. Parking is sufficient but a little tight as this property in right on Main Street downtown. Breakfast is not included but that means guests can plan their own or frequent Moab Diner for a daily special for a fresh, hot breakfast. Wonderful Management also at this property.

26.04.12Rooms are ok but very very noisy! Didn’t sleep well because every time someone came in or out of their room the noise was disturbing. Toilet flushed or shower upstairs felt like it was right next to our bed. That in addition to the street noise it was a very unpleasant stay.
