Our room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. We were each given a bottle of water when we arrived. Breakfast was really more than we expected. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. We would recommend and definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We checked in on a Friday and reported that the toilet in our room was not flushing properly. They said they would send someone to our room to fix it. When we checked out on Monday, they still had not sent someone to fix it. We had to use the ice bucket to manually fill the tank to get the toilet to flush. When we spoke to the front desk about the issue, they offered no compensation. Their excuse was that maintenance doesn't come in on the weekends. Aren't weekends usually the busier times for hotels? How can they not have maintenance available on weekends? Ridiculous. In addition, the pool area was dirty, and the hot tub was broken. We would NOT recommend this place.

Everything was great*! Breakfast, staff! Beds I switched between the two, just couldnt get comfortable so could've been better, especially for the price! But overall, we'd probably stay again!
