The rate was phenomenal for a longer stays. They do provide Continental breakfast which are like toasts yogurt, cereals coffee, tea, hot water, very basic but available. The the rooms showed sign of aging but definitely were clean. It is a overall pet friendly hotels so there aren't any rooms that are not pet friendly. If you're allergic to cats and dogs, that might be a problem. The staff in general were very helpful and pleasant.

I've stayed at this location a couple times now while in Manhattan. You absolutely can't beat it for the price. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are dated, but provide everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfortable, all of the beds I've slept in have been fantastic. The electrical setup in the rooms isn't the best. The light placements are poorly planned, but still provide adequate lighting. One of the rooms I stayed in had worn out receptacles, and my phone charger would not stay in on its own. The bathrooms have all had excellent water pressure with warm water available quickly. The included breakfast is an excellent bonus for this price. I will continue to stay at this location in the future!

Affordable, convenient location. Breakfast ok, needs eggs, bacon or sausage and biscuits to be good.
