very accessible and clean! Room is super spacious for the price and size we booked. Staff was also very helpful! Just the buffet breakfast is okay only.

Our first check-in went very well and we received the room we had booked. We checked out, but a little over ten days later we returned and booked the same room type again. Unfortunately, this time we did not get what we had requested. The first unpleasant issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was noticeable both in the hallway and inside the room. Considering that there is a “no smoking” sign in the room and that we specifically requested a non-smoking room, we were surprised to find an ashtray and matches on the table. The second problem was that the beds were pushed together and there was only one blanket, even though we had booked separate beds. As for breakfast, we expected a more varied selection based on our experience with other hotels in China. The staff try their best, but their English is at a very low level and communication was quite difficult. We would like to especially praise the gentleman at the entrance who takes care of the luggage — he was the only person we were able to communicate with successfully. Overall, the location is good and I would recommend this hotel if you are not planning a longer stay.

The room is clean, hotel is just 2 minutes walk to a Metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My room stank because of the drain I assume. The last day of the canton fair bus shuttle is very silly to return at 12 pm. Should be at 4-5 at the bare minimum. Breakfast was okay.
