Pros: - Friendly staff let me put my luggage in apartment before check in time while they are still cleaning up - Location is minutes to the Wharf which has many food and shop - Minutes to the sea - Walking distance to many shops along front street - Walking distance to supermarket (Foodland) - Washer and dryer inside unit (with detergent provided) - Dishwasher, fridge and full kitchen available - Fully airconditioned - Two pools available Cons: - There is no elevator so you have to carry the luggages up two flights of stairs - Lizards everywhere

We loved our stay. It was walking distance to the shops and beach. We did our laundry everyday so no wet clothes piled on the corner. Great clean and spacious rooms

Aina Nalu itself is being managed by different management company. I think Outrigger is not giving justice as to what this units should be. I compared it to other rooms being managed by others, rooms are way better and more homey. Cleaning fees are also cheaper than what others are charging you. We have our team building here year after year due to location and its proximity to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Outrigger should put in more effort to get the rooms updated. I paid $3k per unit ( I reserved 4 units) for 4 nights and 5 days.

Upon late arrival to the hotel due to our delayed flight, I was checked in by the person at the front desk. He told me that due to booking the hotel from a third party, he was unable to assist me and call Outrigger, because one of the room's door code was not working thus we were unable to open the door. After calling Outrigger Guess Services they were able to assist remotely after waiting for over two hours, and my room A107 had absolutely no towels anywhere in the bedroom or bathroom. We didn't get the towels until the second day that afternoon. Outrigger staff remotely attempted to assist me setting up the internet wifi in my room and my son's room H104 was unable to get signal form Spectrum internet provider, we didn't have wifi service in our rooms for the entire time we stayed at the Aina Nalu Lahaina. Very disappointed, although I'm having vacation with my family, on my down time I still try to do remote work via internet and was not able to do so.
