24.09.04The front desk staff and the dining room staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast room was well stocked and maintained. However, the housekeeping staff was not attentive. They only clean after three days unless service is requested. The first day we requested towels which we got. However, the used towels were not taken and the beds were not made. The second day we requested that the beds be made. This request was ignored.
