25.10.16To start, they had to switch my room because someone was still in it when I arrived. Then I get to the new room and the AC doesn’t work. Staff comes and “fixes” it. That entire night the ac made a horribly loud noise that kept me up all night. Then I woke up to a very strong burning smell coming from the ac unit. Quickly unplugged it and called the front desk. They sent someone up and he plugged it back in and said oh it’s working now. It wasn’t. They finally said they’d send someone to look at it. It had to be replaced so I couldn’t be in my room all day. From 8:30 am to 4pm this was an issue and they finally got it fixed at 4pm. The cherry on top of all of this, when I got back to my room at 3:30 I arrived to my room door wide open, all of my belongings out so anyone walking by could take what they wanted, ac apart all over the floor. I called the desk and they acted like it was no big deal. Horrible experience all the way around.
25.09.23They did not return my deposit, the rooms smelled bad.
25.04.23Too many problems to list. After dragging my bag up and down a flight of stair for the third time (key didn't work first one, no AC in the next two), it became laughable with with the other guest who were either complaining or wanting another room or a refund. At one time the were no less than 10 people at the front desk...and it was 11:00 pm!!! Could call the front desk with complaints because the phone had no cord attatched to it! Finally got settled in and went to shower...NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO! My first review ever and im 70 years old. Even the clerk behind the desk, which seemed to be doing the best with what he had, suggested to everyone complaining "Ya'll shoulda read the reviews". Lol!
