From the very start the staff appeared very overwhelmed and remained unapologetic throughout the entire experience. We arrived a little early (2:40) and were allowed to check in early which we thought was a good thing until we opened the door. Turned out the room had not been cleaned. There was unmade bed and trash including prescription pill bottles. We informed the desk and we were asked to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned. Decided to return after an hour (3:45) to give them plenty of time only to be asked to wait another 20 minutes since housekeeping was in the room currently. We obliged. While we waited we heard numerous other customers being asked to wait and leave their phone numbers so they could be notified when their rooms were ready. This was well after their appointed check in time of three o'clock. We're getting on to about 4pm now. The staff seemed unaffected by customers disappointment and offered absolutely no compensation or reassurance that anyone would be cared for. Once we were allowed into the room, we did find a bed that was made, but zero towels or shower curtain. We were able to get towels from housekeeping but no help with the shower curtain dilemma.There was one tiny bar of soap that smelled bad and one tiny shampoo for two people. Also, the lights in the bathroom were not working. Turned out I had to stand on the toilet to screw them in. The ice machine was completely frozen over and unusable. We were glad to find a place in town and lucky that we really ONLY needed a bed and were not relying on any of the hotels other accommodations or amenities because we were not going to get them. No pool, no jacuzzi access despite the website listing them as available. Then as we headed to the well known and advertised major event (concert), many customers were in the lobby being told they still had to wait for housekeeping at 5:45pm (the starting time of the concert). Customers were sitting in the lobby and common room fixing hair and makeup since they weren't allowed into their previously reserved rooms. Front desk staff was offering to keep luggage/belongings in the office area to "personally place" into rooms as they became available AFTER the customers left for the concert. I overheard the maybe manager tell a customer they were welcome to leave if they weren't happy to which the customer replied "I just drove 10 hours here and had a reservation already. I shouldn't have to leave." Keep in mind the listed check in time is THREE O'CLOCK and it's nearly 6 at this point. We headed out to the show so we have no idea how these customers were ultimately treated or taken care of after that. Fortunately there was infact a bed to sleep in but that was the only positive and that's literally a baseline expectation for a hotel. Unfortunately due to the circumstances and apparent apathy in the staff I have zero expectation of any sort of compensation for this dismal experience for myself or any other customers staying here.

To start, they had to switch my room because someone was still in it when I arrived. Then I get to the new room and the AC doesn’t work. Staff comes and “fixes” it. That entire night the ac made a horribly loud noise that kept me up all night. Then I woke up to a very strong burning smell coming from the ac unit. Quickly unplugged it and called the front desk. They sent someone up and he plugged it back in and said oh it’s working now. It wasn’t. They finally said they’d send someone to look at it. It had to be replaced so I couldn’t be in my room all day. From 8:30 am to 4pm this was an issue and they finally got it fixed at 4pm. The cherry on top of all of this, when I got back to my room at 3:30 I arrived to my room door wide open, all of my belongings out so anyone walking by could take what they wanted, ac apart all over the floor. I called the desk and they acted like it was no big deal. Horrible experience all the way around.
