The staff were Amazing feom front desk, housekeeping to maintenance.
Didn’t like the fact that their was no complimentary breakfast. They had packaged items but they were for sale. TV sucked
The property itself is well maintained, room was clean, and the staff were super helpful and delivered great customer service. Unfortunately, their restaurant was closed due to COVID. They didn’t provide a to-go service like some other hotels I’ve recently stayed in, which was a bummer. The area does seem sketchy, there were small homeless setups down the sidewalk. There aren’t any places to eat near by, closest place was Jack n the Box about 5 blocks away. Honestly, that’s not the hotel’s fault.
Our room had nails sticking out from the carpet. Other than that, it was okay.
My stay was ok I guess. They make you pay extra $10 for parking but when you go and park there’s actually no parking at all and you have to drive around the blocks to find a street parking. My sheets were not so clean. There was hairs on them. Too much going on and people going in and out.
