트레스타 시라야마

온천은 너무좋았어요! 오래된 온천인데 아주깨끗하게 관리가 잘된것 같아요! 주위에 아무것도 없어서 좀 아쉽긴했지만 시골동네가 뭐 그렇지요~~ 가까이 역이있어 서 철도 이용하기 좋았습니다. 조식은 좀 아쉬웠지만, 직원모두 친절해요!!아주아주 만족합니다~^^

High priced hotel got us an unnecessarily large room with both western and Japanese beds, and a nice onsen. But didn't even inclide breakfast. We had to pay for that extra and it was just ok. Then at checkout they claimed we haven't paid for it and tried to charge again. It's on ok place, but not worth the high price. Maybe in July when the water park opens.

호텔에 머무는 시간이 많지는 않았지만 약간 낡은 것에 비하여 있을 건 다있음. 주변도 좀 나가야 하지만 있을 건 다있음. 시골에서 저렴한 가격에 머물기에 좋은 숙소였음.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with everything provided.

Staff were friendly, and the onsen was great. The room was large, and there were some nice touches like a pitcher of ice water and some sweets. The only two problems were that despite there being several outlets in the room, none were.near the bed, and the bed was extremely hard, like, harder than sleeping on a futon on the floor.
