Had a wonderful time! I was nicely greeted by the man manager - forgive me for not remembering his name but he was great! A couple of things do need attention though - need the second elevator fixed asap. Since the elevators are older and slower, having 1 for a location this large is not ok. Secondly, the stairs not being an option was strange - especially with the elevator being only 1.

Great location, high quality rooms - spa was very disappointing and overpriced

An excellent hotel. Hotel was very clean. Staff are outstanding especially Ricardo and the people at the front desk. Amenities were excellent given that guest were able use and enjoy while at hotel. Would definitely come back!!!

Will absolutely stay here again but wish they would invest some money back into the hotel.

They blew us away with how attentive every staff member was to our needs. Amazing service. Booked another stay to come back again in two days
