26.05.24Hotel and room is dated. Pool area needs a spruce up, hot tub jets barely work. Mattress is old and springy. It's fine for a short stay, location is A+ and that's what you're paying for.

26.05.26The hotel receptionist said I could get a refund from Agoda but the at they have not called her to ask and the emails Agoda sent said they would not refund for them to put on their website they had one room left for the dates I needed and then to book it for the following day and said no refund is absurd. I want a refund.
