Clean is always my number 1 concern & it looked great. Breakfast was yummy with large variety.

This fit the bill for what I needed: cheap and close to Seoul station for a quick overnight stay. It was a steep climb to the rooftop room but it was quiet (which I'd asked for), clean, close to Seoul station, and inexpensive. The offgassing from the sewer system wasn't at all pleasant but I expected it so wasn't surprised. The building is old but clean and soaps/towel were provided. Download Naver maps for walking directions (cannot stress enough how critical this is) and it's not too hard to find. However, if you're jetlagged, be prepared for a few minutes of confusion. The GS25 is close by and you can ask for help there in the evening. I would stay there again if I needed a quick overnight stay close to the station.

It was nice and clean and more like an apartment!

Some of the morning staff turned out to be extremely abusive as they threw me out claiming they didnt believe that my service animal was really a service animal (he is, of course). I couldn't believe that grown adults at work actually behave the way they did but I do intend to take further action against their discriminatory behavior.

I wanted a place with a fitness center, which the hotel have posted online that they have one, but apparently upon arrival- they said that "NOT FUNCTIONAL". Also, facilities is not valuable for what I've paid for the night.
