For the price very good hotel, staff makes it even better

The staff was excellent in accommodating. The first room that I was given smelled like cigarettes terribly. This was the second room that I was given.We had a rainstorm and it started leaking in through the window, the carpet smelled had stains.The window coverings were torn.Dishwasher had dishes in it that smelt like mildew they did not wash them with any dish liquid. The light in the restroom where the mirror in the sink were did not work. Stove was filthy.Microwave was dirty.There were a few roaches. Best place definitely needs to be cleaned up!

While the old residence inn does need maintenance, it is a good location & clean. Everything worked fine for 1 night. There are elevators! & the pool area was nice for lounging but the pool itself was not inviting. The breakfast is NOT like the pictures. It is coffee, bread to toast with jelly, oatmeal packets, cereal & milk. This was fine for the $ paid!! Nice staff

High quality comfortable and cozy rooms. Also highly friendly staff. Kinda wished it was an extended stay type of place.

My own issue was how the room numbers are structured there which can seem very confusing at least to me. Other than that great high quality rooms and friendly staff.
