The room was good, the breakfast was good, overall everything was good

We've been staying here off and on for the last 18 months without any issues whatsoever. We have one issue with our son (where he locked us out of the room and wouldn't let us back in while we were trying to pack up to leave- he was being rebellious) and now suddenly we're not invited back! We gave them thousands of dollars over the last 18 months. The woman manager had absolutely no tolerance or compassion whatsoever for any family who might have been having an issue with their 13 yr old child. I guess she doesn't have kids herself! And we were staying here long before she was hired..in fact we remember when she was being trained. I guess we're taking our hard earned money somewhere else like Holiday Inn or the Best Western in Lonoke or maybe somewhere else in Little Rock when we're back in the area! They just lost thousands of dollars from us because they had absolutely no compassion for our situation!

I got the hot tub room and it was very nice. I was impressed considering it is in the town of lonoke. The price was decent and location perfect beside McDonald's , service station , and Walmart .
