24.09.15Besides feeling and lookung filthy and not maintained, the alarm went off all night long. After at least the 4th time, i calledthe front desk who said its broke and he "shut it off" exceptit continuedto ring more times.
The second call to the front desk was because of the vulgar yelling and swearing who was checked in, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk twice in the night and checked out at 6 a.m. demanding a refund for my two night stay. Haven't checked my cc to see if I was refunded yet.
Four days later, I am trying to leave fresno on a flight, when I realized I didn't have my ID. I called the motel and they have my ID and never called me to tell me, so I have the expense of travel to pick it up, plus a hotel because I missed my flight.
This is the worst motel experiences of my life! The entire facility is a blight on your brand. You need to inspect your facilities, I will never stay in your property again.
I am leaving this on my Google review as well unless I am compensated for all the expenses and hassle.
