Great staff, great neighborhood

For the money isn’t that bad… But my honest review so you can have realistic expectations: Room is big, bed is ok, have AC. My concern was the toilet. Shower and Toilet are together not separate, have a bad smell. Also towels are old and smell bad (try to avoid it). Noise from airplanes. It’s a good hotel to storage your luggage and get out. But not to rest or spend time there.

깔끔하고 잘 정리되어 있고 아기자기한 스타일로 되어 있네요. 아침에 커피와 빵도 제공되네요

Reasonably priced and comfortable

ผิดหวังกับการบริการมาก ทั้งเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานต้อนรับกะกลางคืนไม่สนใจลูกค้า ห่วงแต่เล่นเกม ขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพ ตอนจองจองมาเป็นห้อง standard แต่ได้ห้อง family ที่โทรมและใหญ่เกินจำเป็น ไม่มีการแจ้งจากทางโรงแรมก่อน เลยทำการเช็คเอาท์ และ ขอ refund นอกจากนี้ฉันลืมบัตรประชาชนไว้ที่ front แต่พนักงานกลับไม่สังเกตหรือมีการโทรแจ้งเตือนใดๆ เลยได้มีการโทรกลับไปเช็คแต่กลับได้รับคำตอบที่ไม่ใส่ใจ หวังว่าโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงการบริการเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เหตุการณ์เช่นนี้เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าท่านอื่นอีก
