조용하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 교토역 셔틀있어서 이동도 좋습니다. 비지니스호텔이랑은 달라요^^

직원들 응대도 호텔관리도 4성급의 위엄이있다. 기분좋게 묵고 간다.

I haven't been to all hotels in Kyoto but of the ones i have tried Kyoto Tokyu hotel is by far the best. What i like the most is that it is very quiet in the room even though the hotel location is central. It is about 20 min walk from Kyoto train station. It is also plenty of space in the room so you have place for your luggage.

Concierge team at the hotel is superb! They are super helpful, knowledgeable, passionate and attentive to customers need! They gave me great advice on things to do. They kept calling an extremely hard to book local restaurant to secure a spot for me (while concierge at some other hotel would only call once and give up). They have made my trip this time in Kyoto so memorable.

부모님과 3박 4일 교토여행 갔는데 편안하고 깨끗해서 너무 좋았어요! 특히 직원분들 모두 너무 상냥하시고 영어를 잘 하셔서 편했고, 한국 직원분도 계셔서 부모님이 이것저것 막 물어보기도 했네요ㅎㅎ 일단 화장실을 최근에 다 리모델링해서 너무 깨끗하더라구요✨ 교토역까지 셔틀 왔다갔다 무료로 서비스 있으니까 이용 추천합니다 :)
