22.03.13I really hate leaving negative reviews, and I understand that this is a hostel and it's been two years of a pandemic, but this was not a good experience. The only good thing about it is the location - next to some great restaurants, not far from great bars. I booked a private room and paid online around 4 p.m. in the afternoon - when I showed up at 7:30 p.m., the door was locked and the lights were off. I rang the doorbell and called the owner several times. After ten minutes, someone who was staying inside let me in. I kept calling the owner, who came by with a key card about 10 minutes later. To get to my room I had to pass through a mixed dorm room - there was no bathroom attached, but a communal bathroom for the entire floor. I used the toilet once, as it appeared somewhat broken, and I didn't use the shower. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. I hope that they can fix it up!
