26.05.03 The stairs to the rooms upstairs are unstable and slippery, with shower over bath health and safety issues getting in and out. Room comfy and warm needs an update. Staff pleasant and very helpful
26.04.10 Walking distance to CBD. View of the Skyline is a bonus. Not a very new accommodation but pretty clean and well maintained.
26.03.27 Amity Serviced Apartments has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette for cooking.
The location is convenient, within good walking distance to the city, and feels safe and secure. The room itself was spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that made it easy to organise and settle in.
Overall, a very comfortable and practical place to stay.
26.03.19 Unit 1 at Amity is long overdue for refurbishment. The carpet is extensively and badly stained.
The table surface is chipped and gouged. The first impression is shabby and grubby.
On the plus side, the apartment is spacious, well equipped and well located, a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown, although on steep hills as expected.
The overall quality of the apartment does not match the room rate by comparison with other properties close by and thus I can't recommend it
