It was better than i expected by far

Had a lovely stay, close to public transportation, but we walked from the station and to activities. It was very safe and the walk was not bad.

Host was very nice. They welcome us with smile, and clean up the room every day, providing new towels. Place is right next to the station, so it was very convenient. Definitely would come again when I visit Florence !

직원분 친절하고요. 단 피렌체 여행이 처음이어서 잘 몰랐는데 피렌체 중심가에서 걸어서 15분 정도에요. 15분 정도 걸을 수 있다고 생각하시겠지만 피렌체 관광이 걷는 양이 워낙에 많아서 좀 비싸더라도 피렌체 중심가에 숙소를 잡으시는게 좋아요.

We got room 3, checkin was a bit tricky since we could not find the right room in the dim lit corridor . However once checked in the host was very helpful and made sure we got settled down in less than a minute. Very spacious room and clean as well. This is close to the tram station T2. Just two stops away from SM Novella/ centrale. We stayed for 2 nights and it was really great. Hoping to stay here again when I visit Florence the next time
