25.10.27When booking on a third-party’s website such as *** nothing is said about a deposit and when you get there, they want $100 deposit on your card even though you have a credit card which is good enough for a lot of other motels you walk into the lobby and there is food and whatever snacks all marked out in prices all over one side of the whole lobby, makes it look very, very unprofessional not as far as I’m concerned, not worth the money that was paid for you also had to pay for the key if you didn’t return it that you had to turn around and you would not get your deposit back if you did not turn the key back in again something that’s not done at other motels was surprised, however that there was a coffee maker in the room, which was a shocker however, the toilets seat was broke and we did not receive a washcloth. Had to make that one known before we could get our deposit back.

26.04.21No housekeeping service, they only clean the room 1/week. Noisy, lots of long term stay. It’s a DIY service, toilet got plugged, front desk gave a plunger for guest to use themselves. Room Key didn't work for the pool, had to manually climb and open the door from inside. A lot of mess and old equipments around the property. Only location is convenient. Nothing else.
