This is our second stay and always our first choice when we visit. Service and staff is amazing all the way from Avinash, Rabiul, Vishal, Aniket, Simran, Kedar, Sukanta, Chef Dilip, Chef Sanjay, Vikas, Satish, Akash, Pooja, Vimal and the list goes on and on, the housekeeping staff, front desk. Everyone is very warm and take very good care of the guests. Always wear a smile and with the focus to ensure guests are looked after well! Thank you to the Ramee team for making my birhday celebration memorable with the treats and decor.
Ramee Management you must be a good employer as we see some of the familiar faces from before. The renovations look amazing. Hope the quality of care and service continues to get better and best.
23.12.19 We loved staying at the Ramee Grand. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to help with any accommodations. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The breakfast that is provided is so large and so delicious! The chef and his staff are very personable and wonderful to talk to. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and the metro. On the last day of our stay, we weren’t leaving for the airport until 7 that evening and my husband was not feeling well. They allowed us to get a room for the day at a very reasonable rate so that he could sleep while the rest of our party went out for the day. I really felt that all of the staff loved their jobs and loved meeting all of the people who stayed with them. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you stay in Pune.
