I had a great experience staying here. It was truly a blast! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Overall, we had a great time at Iberostar, its clean, the food was good and the staff were very nice . The ocean was so beautiful and the day time pool activities and staff were great.
Fab ocean-view balcony room with David keeping it sparkling clean. Food was excellent--so much to choose from, you can't go away hungry. Loved the special food at lunch by the pool. We traded the animals of the Iberostar Tucan in Playa del Carmen for the city life of Cancun. Didn't see a lizard but lots of local birds. The beach was great. Pools were sparkling clean, but a bit cold in February. Entertainment in the way of mariachi bands and other basic dancers, etc., was a bit lacking. I expected more shows and live music around the property. The reception staff, concierge and guest services were very friendly and helpful.
