22.11.21If you're looking for a close stay in the city, this is hotel is not located in the city center, it will take you 40mins to the city.
The hotel is clean, and friendly staff. there is laundry available but you have to pay for it.
22.10.19 Door code didn't work initially, but there was friendly and courteous help on the other end of the phone. Had an early flight as well and was early for check in but the staff was able to accommodate so I didn't have to carry luggage around all day. Had asked the taxi as well as Uber driver about lockers for stashing bags and they had no clue (later I walked past multiple locations for locking up luggage closer to the center of Madrid). So dont depend too much on drivers. The place was a great base for a 2 week vacation though... less than a 5 min walk to the metro (train station)... plenty of restaurants in walking distance (open for business times vary)... stores within walking distance... overall a nice, clean, affordable place out and away from the city. Not a hostel/dorm, not in town, very secure location, close to one of the main train stations (if not the main train station) for catching the bullet train to other cities.
