25.04.22 Location is fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly but our room was so dark with little natural light and the bathroom really needed a proper scrub. The lobby toilets were missing a toilet seat and also needed a scrub. With some minor upgrades, this hotel could be so much better
24.02.18 This hotel is fine … but it’s not great. The view from my 9th-floor room was nice, but I couldn’t see the lake a few blocks away. The shower had no soap dish or shelf to place soap or shampoo. The breakfast is mediocre, though the chef did cook a decent omelette. There’s a good coffee shop with some baked goods a few meters down the street.

Rooms are fancy and beautiful. Very clean for local options. Nice breakfast in rich area was included
23.07.03 This hotel is an excellent location for all the travellers as it is surrounded by all the shopping areas, local restaurants and spa and massage centers in Old Quarter. Very convenient and time saving for travellers. I will choose the same hotel again during my next visit to Hanoi in the future.
