26.01.10Great location, cleanliness and service with ability to leave bags before check in and after check out. Very small rooms but sufficient for short stay at very central location, only remark is the bad typical spanish pillows if one can actually call them pillows.

23.07.30 이 숙소에서 유명한 장소들을 걸어서 다 다닐 수 있어요. (땡볕일 때는 좀 힘들긴하지만) 부근에 빨래방도 가깝게 있고, 식당과 카페도 많아요. 매일 하우스키핑 해주고, 깨끗하고 관리되고 있는 숙소입니다.
22.10.06 I chose this hotel for a stay in Madrid, it was the worst experience of my life. The staff was extremely rude, especially the man who worked at the night shift. And there is something funny going on when you use your cards there. Lastly, the place is filthy.
If you have any other option, choose it.
26.05.20 I didn't stay as I was in intensive care in Madrid.
I had tried to change the dates before my condition worsened, but it wasn't possible.
I gave them as much notice as I could when I knew a hospital stay was required, it was 2 days notice.
I requested a free cancellation, twice, this was denied.
I understand reservations have terms and conditions, I know very well that people make up all sorts of reasons for why they might need a refund, but I feel a bit aggrieved on top of everything else.
I booked the hostal based on price, location and reviews so I'm sure it's lovely.
