I’m really not one to give bad reviews if there’s just one or 2 negative minor things about a hotel/service. But this time is really one of my worst experiences. They have clearly stated that the check in time is 2pm and we arrived late already which is at 3pm. But when we arrived, they told us that the room is not ready and asked us to wait for 45 mins. Of course we were shocked because we thought we can finally check in and rest upon arrival as we have arrived 1 hr late. But no, made us wait until almost 4pm and still nope! Our room is not yet available so they asked us to check in to a temporary room first until 5pm and then they will move us to our original room. To which we agreed because honestly we just wanted to rest in a room already. The room we originally booked has a 3 separate bed but we were asked to move to a temporary room with a 1 large bed. After 5pm we asked them again about our room. And guess what they told us? They told us we werent getting our original room anymore and asked us to stay in that temporary room which has 1 and not 3 separate bed! And of course we didnt agree because we specifically looked for a room that has 3 separate beds since there are 3 of us. So they didnt have a choice and it’s almost 6pm before we were finally able to get our original room. The room was okay, except that it smelled a bit like smoke when we first entered and we saw not just one small cockroach, not just 2, not just 3, but about 5 or more small cockroaches roaming around…. So nope I’m a bit frustrated this time. Sorry for the bad review but just needed to be honest. Thanks!
