Sunday Sharjah Aparthotel Formerly Royal Tulip

This was the first ever hotel were i was not provided with basic things like tissue, glass for water, tooth paste etc. The staffs at the hotel have proudly said that they don't have this stuffs and i bought it by my own. Hotel staffs were aware that i have made booking through Agoda and there wont be an option for refund and as per that they have behaved. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, they provided me nearby rooms after i begged them for 20 mins. They said they are full and i have not seen a single person other than the hotel staffs in lobby, reception or in room areas in my 12 hours of stay. Cleanliness was very poor, they haven’t opened the rooms since decade it seems. I have not removed my shoes inside room as the floor was sticky. The good thing about my stay was the TV was working and i was able to watch youtube and the ac was cooling well. How ever this stay have taught me a lesson that we should physically visit the hotel before booking it online through websites. I sincerely regret that i have opted this hotel for my stay during Eid holiday.
