전반적으로 깔끔하고, 친절하고, 너무 편안하게 즐기다 갔습니다. 일본 전통 분위기를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았어요

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Umenoya. The traditional ryokan experience was a highlight of our time in Matsuyama. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and truly embodied Japanese hospitality. The onsen was simply beautiful and provided a perfect way to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Umenoya for an authentic and memorable stay.

일단 시설이 너무 깨끗했고, 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셨어요ㅠㅠㅠ 한국어를 못하셔서 조금 소통에 어려움은 있었지만 최대한 언어를 극복하기위해 노력해 주셔서 감사했습니다 ㅠㅠ 다음에 마쓰야마 가게 되면 또 가고 싶어요!
