22.03.31 Location, Price Value are great however, I suggest that cleanliness be more improved especially at those on the 2nd floor. Must have 24hr staff in case customers need assistance. Mosquito control please please do action about this. Aircon works BUT not enough to lower the temperature. My booking was also had error. I booked on a SOLO ROOM with OWN BATH, turns out when I checked in, your staff put me on a SOLO ROOM WITHOUT OWN BATH. I clarified but your staff, I dont know what he is thinking.

22.03.07 The bedsheets are comfortable and the staff is very helpful and kind. However, a lot was not very nice. There were regularly cockroaches and large spiders crawling around. I was bitten by fleas/bedbugs in my bed, which had some occasional (blood?) stains. Also, the showers seemed not very clean and contained many molds on the ceiling.
The bar on top was not open until 15:00 and you were not even allowed to sit there by that time. There's also no breakfast included and the wifi was broken. The overall looks and atmosphere are ok, but it lacks hygiene in my experience.
