Friendly staff. Good food

It was chilly when we stayed here so we were grateful that the windows were well insulated, there was a heater provided, and that the bed clothes were sufficient. All the guest rooms have an excellent view of the lake, which is just across the road. The dinner and breakfast were special. The dining hall was also charmingly decorated. Would highly recommend!

Not only breakfast but dinner was also included, which is very convenient since in the area there are few restaurants open for dinner and the one we passed in front was fully booked. The place is tidy and well taken care of. The restaurant area is charming and during breakfast we’re pleased to see the boats on the lake. The owner is lovely, even with the language barrier we were able to get everything we needed. Our room had old style pillows (maybe filled with grains?), I stopped using them in the middle of the night. If we were staying 1 more night, I would have asked them if they had other type of pillow available.

Upon arrival, there is no life in this accomodation. I have a total of 6 luggages, an elderly man whom said that he is one of the staff will carry the luggages to Level 2. None of the staff can speak English. The Rooms is not practical at all. No wardrode but just like some home run business setting. Agoda is not assisting when I need them to attend to this immediately upon arrival.

Friendly owner, ultra clean room, delicious meals, and perfect location near the lake. Will definitely come back again!
