25.12.06Big thank you to the front office/reception staff as well as the restaurant team for making our stay a truly memorable one. Although the hotel is small, the rooms weren't - and the service from everyone was just warm and inviting. Whiskey nights were a nice touch. Restaurant food was top-tier as well.
25.11.24 Amazing view from the room. Room size is huge for Japan standard. Do note no private shower in most rooms, just toilet. Public bath onsen is very clean but you need to be comfortable using it with others.
25.11.17 I had visited the property with my brothers as a siblings trip.
We had never been to a ryokan type of hotel and was surprised with the experience.
The hotel is clean and staff are all very polite and friendly.
We drive to the property and it was some distance to Nikko city center, so I recommend other visitors to drive in for more convenience.
The onsen was very quite and clean, perfect for individuals who had worked hard and looking to relax.
Overall a nice experience!!!

View from the room was absolutely stunning - with the mountains and river
We afraid on language barrier before we designed to book this hotel cus in app said they only speak japanese , but when we check in ,The staffs are nice and can communicate in english!
The location is in the middle mountain . On the way to the hotel you will see lots of abandoned hotel , we quite scared at first that the hotel will be not what we expected but it is exactly like the photo so recommend this place!
