26.05.12Over all Philip hotel is OK to stay, check in was smooth staff was very helpful. I booked family room, only thing which was terrible during the stay is the drainage smell inside the washroom, the exhaust fan or the ventilation fan is totally not working it was not rectified even reported to the staff. While check out again reminded staff and he apologised, hopefully should have rectified by this time.
