Was told one thing then told another

Had a bad Experiences at the La Quinta Inn bt Wyndham Austin. The when we walk into the room, it looked as you might expect from a relatively cheap motel. Decent, with clean bed sheets as the most important thing, but also with some semi-broken furniture. However, we quickly noticed that there were black hair everywhere in the room, on the beds, in the bathtub, on the toilet - which wasnt clean btw, and some leftover garbage in the small bin. Not nice! We lived with it. In the morning we went to breakfast at 9.03, and we were told that breakfast ended at 9.00. The coffee machine was still there, but there were no cups, cutlery or large plates.. the waffle iron was broken, and could only heat on one side, but to dough could be made into anything eatable, so the breakfast included ended up being a yoghurt. I know that being too late for breakfast is my own fault, but the situation didn’t really support a positive image of la Quinta. The personnel didn’t seem interested in helping costumers either. Oh, and the pool is closed for the time being, as the building is under construction.

The hotel was not at all as expected. The room was very dirty. The toilet has rust in it. The flush didn't work, the air conditioning made such a loud noise that we couldn't sleep all night. The floor was sticky as it wasn't cleaned. Bathroom was broken and damaged. The pool was not operational and they didn't even have extra toilet paper in the room. I would not recommend this facility at all to anyone. If I could give anything less than 1 star I would certainly do that. Horrible property. We got bit by hugs in just a few hours we spent at the hotel.

Place was a filthy mess. In 5 day stay never cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
