평소의 숙박 느낌보다는 일반 가정집 느낌이 있었습니다. 세탁기도 있고, 베란다도 있었습니다. 내가 여행자가 아니라, 이 동네에 이 사회에, 이 일본에 스며드는 느낌이였습니다.

I like an in-room private washing machine.

This “hotel” is actually an old apartment block that was converted decades ago, and unfortunately, it feels like nothing has been updated since. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with every spring pressing through. The pillow was so thin it was almost pointless. The vents were covered in dust, and the bathroom was in terrible condition — mold on the ceiling especially in the curtain rail, a shower curtain that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in years, and nowhere to hang a towel - walls and doors were super dirty. The noise level was unbelievable. I could hear every car and train outside, every person walking in the hallway, and every elevator going up and down through the thin metal door, which even had holes in it. The reception staff made things even worse. I understand that Japanese might have not been their first language no issues with that but his demeanor and tone of voice was aggressive and rude. He held my ID so long I felt very uncomfortable that he was reading my personal delays as if he was memorizing them. Overall, this place needs a major renovation or to be torn down. I’m sure initial investment has paid off by now. Now they’re just milking it. I would strongly recommend finding another hotel if you value comfort, cleanliness, or even just a good night’s sleep.

Good stay and affordable hotel than in tha crowded area has own toilet and laundry inside room, this is not in the city but its near to train station so you can just ride going to different tourist spot

신주쿠에서 게이오선 급행타고 후추역에서 내리면 역에서 5분걸음으로 도착해서 위치는 생각보다는 나쁘진 않았던것 같네요. 위생에 매우 민감하신 분들 한테는 비추이지만 벌레가 나오거나 침구에 냄새나거나 하는건 없었습니다. 화장실에 약간 곰팡이가 있었고 습기가 잘 안빠지긴 했지만 가격 생각하면 그냥 그정도 수준인것 같습니다. 수건도 원하는 대로 받을수 있고, 방에 냉장고가 큰게 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 방열쇠가 아니라 비밀번호로 여는 시스템이라서 편했던것 같네요. 종합적으로 오래된 건물의 호텔이지만 가격대비 괜찮았던것 같습니다.
