25.11.02 The place is very convenient — it’s near many popular landmarks, cafes, and restaurants, which makes it easy to explore the city. The staff are super accommodating and friendly. They always make sure the room is clean and comfortable, and they even help with our luggage from the lobby up to the room. Service is excellent and they’re always willing to assist with anything we need.
Overall, everything was great — from the location to the cleanliness and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!
25.11.02 I had a great stay at serenity diamond Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi since it’s just in the old quarter
25.11.01 The room so small but considering the price I really don't mind it. It's just that the room we we're given is not really good. The aircon is not functionung well, the door of the bathroom does it make it sounds so loud. But still the location is of the hotel is in middle of Old quarter. There is a lot food choices, cafes and shops.
25.10.29 This property offers excellent value for money, with a fantastic location that makes exploring easy. Overall, a highly recommended spot for an enjoyable getaway
