23.10.20The staff was very attentive and kind. They took a picture of me and my wife during our first kaiseki dinner and the next morning at breakfast they had a print out of the picture in a frame for us to take home. The breakfast and dinner was different both days we stayed and absolutely plentiful. Although the location wasn’t walking distance from the sites most people want to see, the staff offers to drive you to the nearest bus station and/or ropeway station. The wait also isn’t long because i don’t think there are many rooms. With the Hakone free pass that was more than enough. The private onsen was deep, hot, and very relaxing. Bed was the softest during our entire stay in multiple cities in Japan. I could go on and on, it made our honeymoon so special. Please note: if taking the bus there please call the hotel a head of time so they can pick you up at the nearest bus stop. We didn’t do this and had to struggle with luggage up many hills.
23.10.02We decided to stay at Hakone for a night as part of our 10 day trip in Japan, had I known how far away hakone was by bus, I would've opted for 2 days to fully enjoy my time.
The ryoken itself was fantastic, we had a 10 course menu for dinner and a fantastic wachoushoku in the morning.
23.02.14Its my first time to to go Hakone and im pretty happy to living in here for 1 night. Staffs are quite helpful and friendly.
The service is good and they also provided much transportation information to me when i leave. I hope i will be there again soon. The food and breakfast were delicious and great. The price was reasonable and worth it for me
