Motel 6 Phoenix West

The price is very exceptional for the area it’s close to food places and the freeway it’s been quite since our stay within a 2 month period and it’s pretty clean like no roaches at all not sure anyone else can agree and we’ve had 4 different rooms and 2 different floors the staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues, there is a security walking around but further more it’s recommendable.

The rooms are out dated they advertise a pool but it’s never been open the building is held up by braces the staff at the is extremely rude. There’s a younger guy that works at the front desk with a mustache, and he has some sense of entitlement and thinks he’s top like security. Will talk back to you and be rude. The manager literally has the cleaning staff go in your room while you’re not there I was accused of having a rifle in my room when all it was was my pool stick and it was almost terminated and lost. My things is drug addicts, constantly in and out the property what once was a a decent day for a decent price is now an unpleasant experience all around

While in the shower, the shower rod fell straight onto my head. It looked like it hadn't been screwed into the wall properly so it was loose and it came down during my shower. It fell down so hard it caused my forehead to swell up. Then next morning I had explained the incident to the front desk clerk and showed her what it had done to my head, she didnt seem to think it was a big deal at all. She just told me she would send someone to replace it. We waited all day but Nobody ever came. That evening I called the front desk and asked if anyone was coming to fix it, the gentleman just said we could go get a broom to sweep the messy drywall that had fallen with the rod. I could hardly understand him. Nobody came to fix it so we had to shower without the rest of our stay.
