26.01.22The ryokan hotel is dated, however the services they provide is amazing. I can sense the pride of the staff working in there and they are so proud with their 100 years old building. It is only 5 minutes walk from all onsen and they have menu that is available to order and not too costly. They even sent us to the train station next day for free.

25.11.24 I would say this place is a pretty nice spot to stay in. The price was reasonable and the food was ok. We arrived early and the staff is welcoming and guide us to their parking very patiently. Everything went well until they assigned a Chinese speaking staff to serve us. The way she approached us is more on complaining about her workload. Like when ask on the time we want our dinner to be served, she complains about how busy she will get if we don’t choose the earliest time. Another thing I wasn’t happy about is she starts to clean while we are still in our stay. For instance, when she came in to set up our breakfast, she wants to take our yukata. (Also the way she asks was rude: where’s your yukata? Let me take them.) Kinosaki is a really special place. The room, the Japanese staffs, they are all nice. If you are not HK/TW/Macao/Chinese, then yes, I would recommend this place. Just don’t let that Chinese girl serve you.
