Worth it, close enough to many places.

Customer service guy at front desk is very rude and prejudice. I went up twice to get a new room because toilet wasn’t working in one then the TV had no single. Every time I ask for another room that one is not available but there empty 🤷🏽‍♀️. Don’t waste your time or money here unless your in a bind.

The hotel smelt like someone was actively smoking in there. luckily I didn’t sleep in the bed I literally just used it as a storage for my luggage while I went to work the night shift. The check in guy was not friendly and wanted me to wait 20 mins for a reservation that was already there.

I didnt get to stay at this hotel because I was in Santa Clarita at the time I booked and needed a room and in the search I searched santa clara for the city. Since the obvious similarities of the names of the city I failed to notice during my rush to book before midnight. After I booked and paid for room is when I noticed the wrong city so I immediately called the hotel and called and called no answer so I called agoda cs and they tried calling no answer and that's when they told me it is already after the time to get a refund. But I just purchased but since it was midnight I could not get a refund . That was all the money I had . I had to sleep in car that night and still the motel and agoda will not give me a refund. I think that is so unfair. They were able to make over $100 from me just because I made a booking that was close to midnight. I hate online booking services and hotels who make money off of people who book close to midnight and who made a simple mistake. They need to fix there policies. In this day in time it is hard enough to survive and I can't afford to have my money taken from me for no reason. So unjust. F@@k hotel policies you are right up there with the other government crooks. And you are the worst kind.

The rooms are run down and dirty. They barely gave one tiny bar of soap. The pillows are tiny and over stuffed and extremely uncomfortable.
