22.07.22The hotel advertise free breakfast, no breakfast was available, room is not cleaned daily or towels changed. Room desk with broken doors, the same for the fire safety alarm. Not a 3 stars hotel.
22.07.10 Courteous, clean, and I enjoyed a spacious clean room.
If phoning, keep calling, esp at night. Seems someone is always at or near the desk. I called ca 10 PM from 3 hours away to ensure anticipated 1 AM checkin, and had no problems arriving ca 1:30.
Be aware you pay IN CASH only, but there's a reasonably priced ATM in the lobby.
Well supplied gas station / quickshop next door.
Good location for Queens, NYC, esp Astoria or Long Island City.
Whoever left that mean, horrible review mentioning plumbing and bedbugs must have been angry about something. It's not opulent, and there's no restaurant or breakfast, but I had a good experience: clean, comfortable, straightforward matter of fact service and facilities. I visit Long Island City a lot, and will be staying at and telling friends about this place.
22.06.01 Room had a musty smell, stained carpet, windows were dusty, cracked mirror and the air con just made noise - did not cool.
