Good - location but still 10 mins walk from subway exit. Towels, toilet stuff, water cooler, washing machine n dryer is provided. Bad - no lift so maybe an issue for senior folks with huge luggage. Tv is fixed at an awkward position which is hard to watch. No separation between shower n toilet bowl. No remote control provided for Aircon. Pillows too soft. No extra pillows provided. Angle of shower head cannot be adjusted
